Today Fitch upgraded Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane’s Long-Term Issuer Default Rating from 'BBB-' to 'BBB'.
Accordingly, also EMTN Programme and related senior unsecured debt rating is upgraded to 'BBB'.
Fitch also upgraded Ferrovie’s Standalone Credit Profile (SCP) to ‘bbb’ from ‘bbb-’.
The outlook remains stable, in line with that of the Italian Republic.
