The enhancement of human capital within FS Italiane is central, whilst continuous training is considered as a qualifying aspect. The Group’s investments are sure to have an impact on Italy’s economy, estimated at 2–3 percentage points of the Gross Domestic Product, with approximately 40,000 new hires expected throughout the period of the Plan.
