The staunch and solid involvement of the 82,000-plus people working in the FS Group, their motivation and enhancement, the search for and attraction of new talent, all form one of the enabling factors behind the 2022-2031 Industrial Plan.

The enhancement of human capital within Ferrovie dello Stato is central, whilst continuous training is considered as a qualifying aspect. The Group’s investments are sure to have an impact on Italy’s economy, estimated at 2–3 percentage points of the Gross Domestic Product, with approximately 40,000 new hires expected throughout the period of the Plan.
