At Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A. (FS), there is a Register of Lawyers and Legal and Tax Advisers of the FS Italiane Group (Register*).
The Register is managed by FS, at Legal Affairs, while individual appointments are conferred by the competent Structures of the FS Group Companies requesting the service.
Applications may be submitted, throughout the calendar year, by certified e-mail to fsitaliane@pec.fsitaliane.it or by post to the following address: Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A. - Legal Affairs - Piazza della Croce Rossa 1, 00161 Rome.
The updating of the Register by FS Italiane takes place annually.
The FS Group reserves the right to assess applications for inclusion in the Register, which conform, on the basis of management needs, qualifications, experience and in relation to subjects and territory.
Inclusion in the Register does not imply any right or legitimate expectation on the part of Professionals with regard to the conferment of tasks.
