FS Italiane closed a new private placement with Eurofima, which subscribed Euro 200 million floating rate note due in October 2034.

The issuance follows the similar transaction completed on last 19 December for the same amount and maturity.

The bond proceeds will finance Trenitalia rolling stocks for public service.
