Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane SpA (BBB/BBB by S&P and Fitch, both stable), after a series of investor meetings to introduce its newly-established Green Bond Framework, has mandated Banca IMI, Barclays, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC, J.P. Morgan and SG CIB, as joint bookrunners for their inaugural Euro-denominated RegS senior unsecured Green Bond transaction in bearer form under its EUR4.5bn EMTN Programme, with a maturity of 6 years.
