Travel Assistant, a new feature of WiFi Station

Introducing Travel Assistant, a new feature of WiFi Station, the virtual portal for stations which offers a WiFi connection, information on services and news to help improve the customer journey experience. 

Travel Assistant
is active in the stations of Roma Termini, Roma Tiburtina, Roma San Pietro and Rome Fiumicino Airport.

This new service offers information on rail traffic in real time and on local public transport services, providing multi-modal routes from and to the Capital City.

How to Access the Service

Once at the station, look for the “wifistation” WiFi network, connect to the portal and complete the form. Your login details are valid for all the station portals.

You can also access the service by social login by connecting directly through your Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin account.

WiFi Station

Offers a free WiFi service and a wealth of information on services available in and around the stations as well as access to the main applications and sites useful to those on the move.

It's available at the stations of Roma Termini, Roma Tiburtina, Roma San Pietro, Rome Fiumicino Airport, Milano Centrale, Milano Porta Garibaldi, Torino Porta Susa and Rho Fiera Milano.
