Gruppo FS Italiane is on Telegram as well, first among the large Italian companies.
Accordingly, it is now possible, through the FSNews and Infotreno channels, to receive updates on the main news about the FS and railway infomobility world, including through the mobile messaging service, which is recording an unstoppable growth.
All that is needed to visualize the new channels is having the Telegram app on one’s own smartphone or pc, search for FSNews and Infotreno, and click on "Unisciti".
Once registered, updates are received through a classic instant message, with a link to the www.fsnews.it site in order to read the full text of the news, watch video or photo galleries, or get information on rail traffic.
Telegram is a free-of-charge instant messaging service, accessible from smartphones and tablets and on the web. Compared to similar services, such as WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, Telegram relies entirely on privacy and safety: messages are in fact encrypted, and users may launch secret chats that no device other than that of participants is able to read. Another very popular function is the one that enables the automatic deletion of a chat after a predetermined period of time.
