Also this year, the FS Italiane Group is partaking in M’Illumino di Meno, the Energy Savings and Sustainable Lifestyles Day, promoted by the Caterpillar broadcast on Rai Radio 2.
The 2021 edition is dedicated to Species Jumps, understood as the ecological evolution in the global way of life, indispensable for best getting through the pandemic. The goal is to talk about the big and little changes already made and those to be made in the future, from mobility to living, from nutrition to the circular economy.
In honour of this day, held on 26 March, the FS Group symbolically turned off the sign above its Rome headquarters from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
FS Italiane’s commitment to sustainable mobility is quotidian and involves travellers and employees alike, together with all of the actions enacted for energy efficiency, the competitiveness of collective and integrated transport on rail and rubber, the use of renewable energy and materials and low CO2 emissions.
