Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane ("FS") signed today with CaixaBank, S.A., Succursale in Italia two new loan agreements with a maturity of - respectively - 5 years for the euro 150 million loan and 6 years for the euro 100 million loan.
The proceeds of the transactions will be earmarked to finance FS's medium/long-term needs for investments in the railway infrastructure.
