Gathering today were the General Meetings of the companies RFI, Trenitalia and Mercitalia Logistics, as wholly-owned subsidiaries of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane.
RFI’s General Meeting appointed the new Board of Directors for the three year period 2023-2025, designating Dario Lo Bosco as Chair of the company and naming Gianpiero Strisciuglio, who has left the position of CEO of Mercitalia Logistics, as Chief Executive Officer, to be installed at the first Board of Directors Meeting.
The Trenitalia General Meeting appointed its new Board of Directors, also in this case for the three year period 2023-2025, designating Stefano Cuzzilla as Chair of the company and confirming Luigi Corradi as Chief Executive Officer. Stefano Cuzzilla has stepped down as a member of the Board of Directors of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane.
The Mercitalia Logistics General Meeting appointed Sabrina De Filippis as board member, naming her as Chief Executive Officer in place of the outgoing Gianpiero Strisciuglio. De Filippis has left her post as Regional Business Director at Trenitalia.
The Chief Executive Officers will be granted all operational delegations.
