Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane and Intesa Sanpaolo signed a Euro 300 million loan agreement with a 2 years tenor, the proceeds will be earmarked to Trenitalia.
The loan with Intesa Sanpaolo is part of the wider transaction, for overall Euro 600 million, specifically structured by FS for the purpose to seize the interesting opportunities created by the ECB’s measures for the economy and the banking system, designed to create support to the European industrial economy.
FS Group took advantage of this kind of funding opportunity at a very competitive pricing.
