In a meeting held today, the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Board of Directors approved the list of new ANAS directors.
ANAS’s latest Board of Directors is comprised of Claudio Andrea Gemme (as the appointed Chairman), Ivo Roberto Cassetta, Antonella D’Andrea, Vera Fiorani and Massimo Simonini.
The list was sent to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, being the sole shareholder of FS Italiane, for the necessary approval. The process will conclude with the ANAS General Assembly, during which the new directors shall be officially appointed.
