FS Italiane is the "2016 Best Employer of Choice"

The Group defeats Google and Bnl: the young graduates want to work with us

The Gruppo FS Italiane wants to top, for the second year in a row, the standings of companies most coveted by young graduates: “2016 Best Employer of Choice”, the Cesop Communication survey which annually examines the level of satisfaction of a representative sample of 2,500 young graduates with a panel of 100 national and multi-national companies, has in fact confirmed the first place achieved in 2015 by FS Italiane in the ranking of favourite realities as potential workplaces.

The Group has again achieved top spot, which it had climbed up to since 2009 by gaining as many as fourteen places – 15th in 2009, 13th in 2010, 8th in 2011, 3rd in 2012, 2nd in 2013, 3rd in 2014, 1st in 2015 and again in 2016 – climbing on each occasion above important national and international companies that have always met the appreciation of youngsters.

A result which confirms FS Italiane’s far-reaching commitment to the task of constantly communicating to youngsters the profound transformation that has seen and still sees it acting as a main player. A company appreciated at international level for its know-how and innovation, which looks confidently to the future, thanks to the solid economic results and the technological excellence, and which has been actively participating in the modernization of the Country through the enhancement and intermodal integration of the different transport systems, from a perspective of environmental and social sustainability.
