On December 12th the finalist teams were announced in Rome at La Bolla at the Tiburtina Station within the Innovate project of FS Italiane .

The corporate entrepreneurship program was born with the idea of grouping together people with different skills and responsibilities, coming from different companies of the FS Italiane Group, in order to develop and promote new business ideas.

Each of the ten teams involved in the initiative presented the evolution of their work in front of FS Italiane's Top Management:

from an embryonic idea to a business project to be developed.

From idea to business project. The phases of the Innovate project

Collection of ideas. In April of this year the FS Italiane Group launched a Call4Ideas to gather ideas and opportunities and turn them into innovation projects.

Evaluation of the proposals. The ideas gathered totalled over 1000 group-wide. Among these, 20 are selected.

The methodology. During a two day of Boot Camp, thanks to the mentoring work carried out by mentors, real business projects are developed starting from the initial ideas.

Acceleration. The ten best ideas developed then enter a phase of acceleration lasting ten weeks, with the aim of developing an ad hoc business model and assessing their technical and economic feasibility.
