The Board of Directors of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, which met today, acknowledged the resignation of Stefano Antonio Donnarumma from his role as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Group.

Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A. (FS) has completed the placement of a new green bond under its EMTN Programme, for a nominal amount of 650 million euro and with maturity in June 2031.

Half of the senior management appointments made this year by the FS Group were women, a figure that has risen sharply from the 26% recorded in January 2025 – and one that had already risen to 42% in the following session – reflecting a concrete and consistent approach based on the recognition of skills and a focus on the quality of leadership.

The demolition of the diaphragm wall on the northbound second track of the Castagnola-Vallemme section was completed this morning, marking the completion of one of the most complex excavation sections of the Terzo Valico project.
