The Board of Directors of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A. ("FS"), chaired by Nicoletta Giadrossi, appointed today Mr. Marco Fossataro, currently Chief Financial Officer of FS, as the new Manager in charge of drawing up the company’s accounting documents pursuant to Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 (Consolidated Law on Finance).
