Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane signed yesterday a new Euro 200 million loan agreement with Intesa Sanpaolo with 3 years tenor.
The loan, whose proceeds will be committed to the financial needs of the infrastructure manager, follows the signing of a similar financing signed last week and is part of a deal specifically structured by FS in order to seize the opportunities created by the ECB’s measures for the economy and the banking system, designed to create support to the European industrial economy.
The FS Group was able to benefit from this funding channel with competitive conditions.
