The Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane’s Board of Directors, which met today under the chairmanship of Nicoletta Giadrossi, approved the establishment of two committees with preliminary and consultative functions in support of the Board itself, being:
- The Control, Risks and Sustainability Committee, made up of Directors Pietro Bracco (Chair), Riccardo Barbieri Hermitte and Stefano Cuzzilla;
- The Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, composed of Directors Stefano Cuzzilla (President), Pietro Bracco and Alessandra Bucci.
