Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane’s Board of Directors has examined and approved the update of FS’ Model 231, an organisation, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001.
The update of Model 231 and the Anti-bribery & Corruption management system strengthen the organisation of the scheme of internal controls and compliance programmes of the Italian State Railways, in line with the highest standards and best practices.
