Rome, 31st July 2018
The Board of Directors of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, held today under the chairmanship of Gianluigi Vittorio Castelli, appointed Gianfranco Battisti as Chief Executive Officer for 2018, 2019, 2020 years, through to the date of the meeting convened to approve the 2020 financial year.
The new Board of Directors, held for the first time after the appointment by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 30 July 2018 also includes Andrea Mentasti, Francesca Moraci, Flavio Nogara, Cristina Pronello and Wanda Ternau.
Board members assigned full operating powers to the CEO.
