Italferr acquires majority share of CREW Cremonesi Workshop
For the integrated development of infrastructure projects in foreign markets

Italferr (FS Italiane Group) acquires majority stake of CREW Cremonesi Workshop.
The aim is to develop high quality infrastructure projects both in international markets and in Italy; sharing know-how in the engineering and architecture sectors; integrate the mutual competences and specializations in the design of architectural and engineering models for public and private clients all over the world; and make use of the expertise of a group of engineers and architects, for a multidisciplinary and integrated approach to projects and to export the technical experience acquired in terms of sustainability and innovation in the realization of major Italian projects.

With the acquisition of CREW Cremonesi Workshop, Italferr will increase its skills and specialization in the integrated design of architectural and engineering models with the Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodology, for public and private clients all over the world.
