Today, the shareholders’ meeting has appointed a new Anas Board of Directors.

The new BoD is composed by Ennio Cascetta (Chairman), Gianni Vittorio Armani, Cristiana Alicata and the new Directors Vera Fiorani and Antonella D’Andrea.

The Anas Board of Directors, in charge until the Assembly approval of the 2020 budget, has appointed Gianni Vittorio Armani as CEO and Chief Operating Officer.
