The FS Italiane Group is a sponsor of the Festival dell’Innovazione Make in South in Catania, within the innovation hub of Isola located in the 18th-century Palazzo Biscari, with the initiative running from 20 to 24 June, 21 to 23 September and 19 to 21 December.
Make in South is the cultural and operational platform that, from the South, promotes and relaunches applications for programmes and debates in order to activate innovation, support entrepreneurship, as well as offer opportunities for discussion, experimentation and the sharing of good practices.
On 24 June, prizes will be awarded to the 8 winning start-ups of the FS Safety Challenge, dedicated to the theme of Occupational Health and Safety and launched by FS in cooperation with Tree. Sixty start-ups responded to the challenge and were evaluated by a panel comprised of FS Group employees.
