Two different sales options for the C1 lot of Roma Tiburtina

The deadline for the presentation of offers has been extended to 15 April 2019

Two different sales options for the C1 lot of Roma Tiburtina and an extension of the deadline for the presentation of offers from 15 March to 15 April 2019.

Specifically, the possibility of presenting a single offer for one of the following sales options has been confirmed:

option A: Lot C1 with 12,000 square metres with development rights and 7,000 sq.m. for commercial use (opening bid: euro 19,700,000);
option B: for Lot C1 with 12,000 sq.m. for hospitality (opening bid: euro 12,450,000).

Lot C1 offered for sale, near the entrance of the Roma Tiburtina station, on the western side, of the Nomentano district, is well connected to the train/metro/bus interchange node, in a strategic position to create a hotel and retail areas.

The invitation to tender, presented in December 2018 in the Roma Tiburtina station, can be consulted on the websites ferservizi.it and fssistemiurbani.it.

The sale of lot C1 of Roma Tiburtina is handled by FS Sistemi Urbani, the company of FS Italiane Group that maximises the profitability and commercialises the areas that are no longer used by railway operations.

The initiative will also be presented by FS Sistemi Urbani at the tourism trade show International Hotel Investment Forum (IHIF), held in Berlin from 4 to 6 March 2019, and at the Marché International des Professionnels de l’Immobilier (MIPIM), in Cannes from 12 to 15 March 2019.
