The Sustainable Development Festival will be inaugurated tomorrow, 28 September, with the presentation of the ASviS Annual Report on Sustainable Development Goals – a significant opportunity for analysing Italy’s progress with respect to the implementation of the SDGs.
The inaugural event is the ideal opportunity for launching an exchange of ideas and concrete proposals on how to ensure a relaunch that renders Italy and Europe more sustainable and resilient, thanks to the participation of prominent institutional representatives and leaders of key companies in strategic sectors.
Nicoletta Giadrossi, Chairwoman of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group, will represent the FS Group by participating in the round table on Ideas for a Sustainable Restart.
The speakers will give their talks in the Auditorium of the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, whilst participants will be able to see the live broadcast of the event on festivalsvilupposostenibile.it, on the ASviS Facebook page and on the ASviS YouTube channel.
Now in its fifth edition, the Sustainable Development Festival is once again confirmed this year as the largest Italian initiative for raising awareness and mobilising citizens, businesses, associations and institutions alike on economic, social and environmental sustainability issues.
Starting from tomorrow and continuing until 14 October, the events, conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions and shows will alternate throughout the Italian territory and on the Internet to stimulate reflections on important issues raised by the pandemic.
