Receipt of applications
You can choose to join our Group by entering your unsolicited application into our database by filling in the form in this online section, which serves as our main recruitment channel for collecting experts’ CVs.
We also recommend attaching your own CV and any other useful documents to complete your profile.
You can also apply for any current openings published on the special area of this portal.
CV screening and pre-selection
The initial screening is carried out through an IT system which scans through all the CVs sent through this online section and identifies any potentially interesting CVs for the required role based on objective parameters, such as:
- professional experience;
- study qualifications and potential specialisations;
- languages;
- IT skills;
- willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
A preliminary telephone call is made, when the employment opportunity is highlighted and more information is provided on the professional experience shown in the CV, as well as the candidate’s motivation for the required role. Candidates who best match the required profile are invited to take part in the selection process at the Company.
Selection tests
The selection process varies depending on the roles to be filled, so the various needs of our Group’s companies are promptly met.
Each process involves:
- several selection tests aimed at examining the aptitude profile, expectations and soft skills of the people we meet;
- a test to assess their knowledge of English;
- an interview focusing on their specialist skills held together with managers from the employee’s professional area within the company.
