FS Italiane is the Official Partner of the Rimini Meeting due to take place from 21 to 26 August at the Rimini Exhibition Centre. The theme and motto of the 47th edition is "The love that moves the sun and the other stars".
The partnership with the Meeting reaffirms the FS Group’s commitment - alongside Trenitalia, Official Green Carrier - to promote dialogue between people while championing ideas, rights and proposals that aim to create a fairer, more inclusive and more sustainable society. An opportunity to meet the country’s leading figures in the fields of social engagement, culture, knowledge and the arts.
FS Italiane Group is at the heart of the mobility system and plays a key role in its environmental, economic and social development with a view to integrating infrastructure and different modes of transport. Having always been committed to sustainability, innovation and inclusion, FS Group will be present in the MIT’s Infrastructure and Transport pavilion with its own exhibition space, offering an immersive experience dedicated to railway innovation and the infrastructure of the future, featuring a virtual reality train driving simulator, interactive content on ongoing projects, an area for children featuring the Intercity world, and a multimedia LED wall illustrating the role of FS in the development of the country’s transport system.
Throughout the event, FS Group will be increasing the number of services to Rimini and Rimini Fiera. On the busiest day, which is expected to be 22 August, Trenitalia and Trenitalia Tper trains will make a total of 60 stops at Rimini Fiera, making it easier for passengers to reach the event. The entire support network has also been strengthened, with a structured support programme designed to ensure constant monitoring and provide timely information throughout the duration of the event.
Participation in the Rimini Meeting forms part of the FS Group’s commitment to promoting increasingly sustainable, innovative and accessible transport.
