Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A. (FS) has completed the placement of a new green bond under its EMTN Programme, for a nominal amount of 650 million euro and with maturity in June 2031.

Half of the senior management appointments made this year by the FS Group were women, a figure that has risen sharply reflecting a concrete and consistent approach based on the recognition of skills and a focus on the quality of leadership.

The Shareholders’ Meeting of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A., held today under the chairmanship of Tommaso Tanzilli, approved the 2025 Financial Statements, already resolved by the Board of Directors on 2 April 2026.
