Legal professional specialising in administrative and public economic law, with extensive experience in public procurement, public and private contracts, and in providing legal assistance in and out of court before the main courts and arbitration proceedings. She supported public and private clients, and major industrial groups, particularly in the public works and healthcare sectors, managing complex contracts, disputes, compliance issues and risk mitigation strategies.

In 2018, she became General Counsel for Althea Italia S.p.A., and in 2024 she also became Head of the Anti-Corruption Management System for the same company. Between 2013 and 2018, she led the Legal Department of the Tangenziale Esterna Est di Milano Motorway Concessionaire, and provided legal consultancy services to Autostrada Pedemontana Lombarda S.p.A.

In 2025, she joined Ferrovie dello Stato Group first as Head of Public Law Affairs & Litigation at Ferrovie dello Stato S.p.A., and then, on 1 May 2025, as Director of the Legal, Corporate and Compliance Department at Trenitalia S.p.A.

In September 2026, she became the Group’s Chief Corporate Governance Officer.
