Effective today, Fabiana Lungarotti has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A.
Furthermore, as resolved by the Board of Directors of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A., she has also been appointed Officer in Charge of Financial Reporting pursuant to Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998 (the Consolidated Law on Finance).
The appointment will remain effective until the expiry of the current Board of Directors' term of office, which is expected to coincide with the Shareholders' Meeting convened to approve the financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2028.
The Officer in Charge of Financial Reporting is entrusted with the duties and responsibilities provided for under the applicable legislation, including those set forth in Article 154-bis, paragraph 5-ter, of the Consolidated Law on Finance.
