Francesca Stacchiotti graduated with honours in Management Engineering from the “Tor Vergata” University of Rome, and gained significant experience in human resources in complex and evolving industrial environments.

Her career began in 2000, in TIM’s Human Resources Department, where she first dealt with the company organisation, and then took on increasing responsibilities in various HR areas. From 2019 to 2022, she led the Human Resources department at INWIT, a listed company operating in the wireless infrastructure sector.

She joined FS Group in 2022 as Director of Human Resources & Organisation at Mercitalia Logistics and, in April 2025, she became Director of Human Resources & Organisation at Trenitalia.

Throughout her career, she has managed corporate integrations, organisational, governance and human capital development processes, gaining transversal skills across the entire HR value chain, with specific focus on restructuring and transformation projects.
