Assures the definition of commercial offers, Marketing Plans and its budget as well as the related scheduling to be provided to the industrial planning department. Ensures the definition of commercial law and tariff policies. Assists in the demand analysis and monitoring of the reference markets. Assures the programming, implementation and inspection of assistance services, information and management complaints and the definition of its standards and service policies. Ensures the supervision of relations with the Bodies, Institutions and Associations. Takes care of the performance monitoring of transport services. Takes care of the garrison of international traffic while ensuring its development and sales process. based on a knowledge of both national and international competing railway operators and competitors, identifies and introduces new market opportunities (locally, nationally and internationally), business partnerships.

Designer price/shipping rates and conditions for TRENITALIA
Manages the adjustment of contractual standards.
Deals with the analysis of sales data and the identification of the elements useful for the processing of the offer/product.
Manages the technical articulation of tariffs/prices and the consolidation and analysis of sales data by territory, channel and customers as well as the valuation deviations.
Processes sales targets per channel and territory. Carries out market research, customer satisfaction and customer segmentation.
Foreign Trade Specialist for ITALFERR
Ensures technical and commercial support in market monitoring, prequalification and preparation, processing, submission, and bidding phases.
Monitors market and competition, identifying business opportunities of interest to the company. Formulates adherence to national and international prequalification calls.
Drafts the technical and economic documents to be attached to the offers.
Takes part in verifying the suitability of the documents with the requirements of the tender calls. Collaborates in defining and updating contracts with Customers.
Ticket System Manager for TRENITALIA
Deals with the operational management of assigned staff, the scheduling of absences, the proper recognition of benefits for severance pay, the application of procedures in the event of accidents and the supervision of the application of the rules regarding job and operational safety.
Monitors performance levels of assigned staff (productivity, quality, etc.) by intervening in the event of deviations from targeted goals.
Verifies the fairness of sales transactions both in terms of commercial law and in terms of the regularity of payments and the account closing process.
