The Board of Directors of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, which met today, acknowledged the resignation of Stefano Antonio Donnarumma from his role as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Group.
The Chairman Tommaso Tanzilli, on behalf of the entire Board, expressed his thanks to Stefano Antonio Donnarumma for his work leading the FS Group, acknowledging his commitment, professionalism and contribution to the pursuit of the company’s strategic objectives and the development of its main industrial programs.
The Board of Directors will take the necessary steps to ensure full continuity of the Group’s governance and activities, in compliance with the applicable statutory and regulatory provisions.
The FS Group confirms its commitment to implementing the Industrial Plan, ensuring operational continuity, management efficiency and the full execution of investment programs serving the country’s mobility needs.
