Race for the Cure 2025

Once again this year, as FS Group, we renew our connection with Komen Italia for Race for the Cure, the famous event against breast cancer. This initiative, now in its 26th year, has kick-started more than 1,500 research projects throughout Italy.

For over 10 years, our team has always been one of the most active in the fund-raiser, because Race for the Cure is more than just a race: it is a moment of solidarity, hope and concrete action.

The marathon will kick off in Rome from 8 to 11 May and then moves to Bari from 16 to 18 May. After the summer break, it will resume in Bologna from 19 to 21 September and then, simultaneously, in Brescia and Matera from 26 to 28 September. In October, it will reach Campania with a travelling Race in several cities, and then end in Naples from 24 to 26 October.

In each city, health villages will offer free screenings and workshops on fitness, sports, and psycho-physical well-being for the entire duration of the event. Again this year, in addition to the traditional 2 km walk and 5 km run, there will also be a 10 km route for more competitive athletes.
