Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A. has completed with Eurofima a new bond issue via private placement for 500 million euros at a floating rate, with a twenty-year term.

FS Group’s engineering company is the Project Management Consultant.

The 2026 edition kicks off on 7 May in Rome, and will then move on to Bari, Bologna, Brescia, Matera, Naples and Pescara.

FS is part of the Politecnico di Milano’s spin-off The biggest operation of its kind in Italy.
