Rome, April 10th, 2024
The Board of Directors of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A., chaired by Nicoletta Giadrossi, approved today new medium/long-term transactions, also in the form of bonds, for a maximum total amount of 682.1 million euros.
Any bond issuances, under the EMTN Programme listed on the Irish Stock Exchange, will be reserved for Institutional Investors.
The proceeds raised from the aforementioned transactions in 2024 will mainly be addressed to financing the FS Group's investment needs.
