La Freccia October issue: travelling with X Factor

  • On the cover, the cast of the talent show: hostess Giorgia and judges Paola Iezzi, Manuel Agnelli, Achille Lauro and Jake La Furia
  • Learning how to listen to the landscape in the 'Luoghi del Belsentire'
  • At the Rome Film Fest with FS Group

Rome, 11 October 2024 - Musica Nuova is the cover title of La Freccia October issue. This 'New Music' is exactly what is being sought among the new talents of the X Factor show, and what the FS Group sees as the first one of a pentagram that will lead the magazine to become something new, as emphasised by the new editor, Giuseppe Inchingolo.

Music and harmony are the red thread of the magazine, starting by the cover, featuring the entire cast of X Factor - Giorgia, Achille Lauro, Paola Iezzi, Manuel Agnelli and Jake La Furia - of which Trenitalia is a partner. All talents and sound enthusiasts will travel on its fleet. And this commitment also involves the Milano Centrale station, where eliminated contestants can perform in a showcase.

It is precisely sound - from a babbling waterfall to the song of blackbirds and the typical hubbub of a market - at the centre of the Luoghi del Belsentire project, to learn how to listen to landscapes in Lombardy, Apulia and Campania, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany and Umbria. Without forgetting autumn journeys through the islands of Lombard lakes and the discovery of the Via Appia, which is now on the Unesco World Heritage list.

Concluding with the loud applause of fans welcoming the stars on the red carpet of the Rome Film Festival, which, this year, is dedicated to Marcello Mastroianni. From 16 to 27 October, the capital will be star-struck by the great event, in partnership with Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, which confirms the Group's commitment to art and culture in all its forms.

Speaking of culture, until 30 March 2025, Palazzo Albergati in Bologna will be hosting Antonio Ligabue. The Great Exhibition, an exhibition dedicated to the Painter with such a harrowed life. Another appointment not to be missed in Naples, until 16 February, is Andy Warhol. Triple Elvis: A retrospective of works by the American artist who unhinged the languages of contemporary culture.

And last but not least, the interviews: Carolina di Domenico presents Binario2, the Rai2 morning show from Roma Tiburtina station; Enrico Brignano on tour with the musical I 7 re di Roma; the record-winning rapper Anna; and Virginia Benzi, a young science popularizer.

All this and more in October's La Freccia, available in digital format on FS Italiane and in take-away print magazine on Trenitalia Frecce trains, in the FRECCIALounge and in FRECCIAClubs.
