FS Italiane and ATVO: Bibione Beach Link is now connecting to the beaches of Bibione by train and bus

The Bibione Beach Link – the integrated train + bus service that connects the station of Latisana (UD) with the beaches of Bibione – starts up on Saturday, 24 July and requires just a single ticket.

The Bibione Beach Link is the result of an agreement between Trenitalia (FS Italiane Group) and ATVO – the Azienda Trasporti Veneto Orientale, providing 34 connections per day to reach the Latisana station by train to then take a shuttle bus to the Venetian coast. The single ticket also includes transporting luggage and the use of public transport in Bibione.

The new Link joins Trenitalia’s offer to support tourism and guarantee an ecological and intermodal mobility solution. In fact, the following services are already active:

• Cortina Link: from Monday to Saturday until 11 September, it will be possible to reach Cortina by bus with a single ticket, departing from Calalzo station.
• Jesolo Link: 65 connections a day between the Mestre station and the beaches of Lido di Jesolo, with a single ticket for a service developed in collaboration with ATVO – the Azienda Trasporti Veneto Orientale.
• Chioggia Sottomarina Link: 60 Busitalia Veneto connections run per day from Padua station to Chioggia and to the beaches of Sottomarina, with a single train + bus ticket that can be purchased from the Trenitalia sales channels.
• Tre Cime Link: from Calalzo station to Auronzo, the Lake Misurina and the Tre Cime di Lavaredo by bus.
• Trenobus delle Dolomiti: every weekend until 11 September, passengers on the Venice-Belluno line can reach the cycle paths of the Belluno area or, via dedicated buses, continue their journey from Ponte nelle Alpi to Val Zoldana and from Belluno to Nevegal, with the service including 60 spots reserved for bicycles.

Tickets can be purchased from Trenitalia ticket offices, at the self-service machines in the station, from authorised sales points, online via the Trenitalia website or directly from smartphones and tablets through the new Trenitalia app.
