Students and new graduates choose FS Italiane in the search for new job opportunities.
The group was the favourite company owing to having the best on-line search experience and achieved the highest ranking in the candidate experience ranking, drawn up by Potential Park, a Swedish talent communication firm.
FS Italiane came top among the 50 Italian firms, out of more than 730 global companies, in the general ranking. In 2018, it held third place.
Furthermore, the Group scaled the ranking in the Career Website and Mobile categories, owing to its simple and clear use of the “Work with us” section, from both desktop and mobile devices.
Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane has revolutionised its recruiting methods and strengthened its on-line strategies, with an aim to consolidate its relationship with applicants and optimise the talent acquisition processes. In the first phase of the recruitment process, candidates are invited, through a link, to take part in a series of tests that allow the assessment of their soft skills. Furthermore, through LinkedIn and the Facebook page dedicated to recruiting days, young people can not only check the job openings, but also really get to know the company first hand.
Lastly, FS Italiane Group has close working relationships and partnerships with the most prestigious Italian universities, to train highly qualified professional figures and discover new talents.
The company Potential Park carried out 12,000 interviews across Italy to identify the characteristics most appreciated by young people and their main expectations in the job-hunting process.
