The FS Group rated “Advanced” by Moody's ESG Solutions

The Ferrovie dello Stato Group, led by CEO Luigi Ferraris, obtained a sustainability performance score of 65 out of 100, equivalent to the “Advanced” evaluation range, a score assigned by Moody's ESG Solutions, a Moody's Corporation business unit. In the last three years, the sustainability performance score has increased from 52/100 to 65/100.

With this result, FS Italiane ranks fifth in Europe in the Transports and Logistics sector.

The aspects that have been taken into account by Moody's are: human resource management, environmental strategy, respect for human rights and labour rights, community involvement, transparency and integrity in business practices, responsible supply chain and corporate governance.

The upcoming challenge will be to improve and increasingly strengthen the sustainability profile and speed up the ecological transition.
