Awarded winners of the 2019 Frecciarossa Marketing Award today at the LUMSA University in Rome: the team of Mattia Farrace and Matteo D'Arienzo of the “Sapienza” University of Rome, presented by the Chairman of the Italian Marketing Association, Riccardo Resciniti and by Trenitalia's Long Haul Passenger Department Director, Paolo Attanasio.
This concludes the challenge between university students promoted by the Italian Marketing Association and sponsored by Trenitalia to mark the 10th anniversary of High Speed.
The competition, established in 1998 on the initiative of Philip Morris with the aim of deploying the marketing culture in Italian universities, was held throughout the 2018-2019 academic year. The objective proposed by Trenitalia concerned the Cartafreccia loyalty programme and improving the customer's travel experience in order to strengthen the brand identity.
Of the 500 projects presented, 3 teams of students from the University of Verona and the “Sapienza” University of Rome reached the final stage, which concluded with the award ceremony on 7 October at the LUMSA University of Rome.
