Set for tomorrow, 21 September at the time of 10:00 am, is the conference on Public Procurement as a Lever for Relaunching the Economy, organised as part of the activities of the Industrial Policies Technical Group, in particular Unindustria’s Working Group on Public Demand.
Luigi Ferraris, CEO of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group, will start the meeting, to be followed by an introductory speech from Angelo Camilli, President of Unindustria.
The initiative aims to address the priorities for change to be pursued in the short- and medium-term, also in order to make the best use of the resources of Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan. It will be an opportunity to launch a discussion on the main obstacles that currently limit the accessibility and attractiveness of the public procurement market for businesses.
The conclusions, scheduled for 11:30 am, will be entrusted to Enrico Giovannini, Minister of Sustainable Infrastructure and Mobility.
Moderating the talks will be Giorgio Santilli, Head of the Roman Editorial team of Sole24Ore.
