The transaction was led by UniCredit Bank as Sole Bookrunner.
The bond issuance has an “expected” rating by Fitch (BBB) and S&P’s (BBB) and it completes the FS Group financing needs for 2017 as approved by the BoD on April 2017.
With this transaction, the overall amount issued by FS under its EMTN Programme reached 3.95 billion of euro.
