Roma Termini

This is the first station in Italy in terms of size and rail traffic and the second largest in Europe after Gare de Paris Nord. It has been described as a “constantly expanding Universe” due to numerous developments that the building has undergone and which have made it an exclusive place over the years.

Rome Termini has rail services for all domestic and international rail services, including regional trains and suburban services. It also has a Leonardo Express connection providing a direct link with Rome Fiumicino Airport.

The original architecture of Rome Termini, a combination of styles from the 30s and 50s, has been subjected to modern works carried out by Grandi Stazioni (Gruppo FS Italiane) with cooperation from affirmed designers such as Atelier Mendini, Michele De Lucchi, Pierluigi Cerri, Vignelli Associates and Piero Castiglioni.
