The shareholders’ assembly of Mercitalia Logistics, an FS Italiane Group company, has met.
The Shareholders' Meeting appointed the new Board of Directors for the three-year period 2019-2022, composed of Roberto Mannozzi, Marco Gosso, Serafino Lo Piano, Wanda Ternau and Vittoria Iezzi.
The meeting then appointed Roberto Mannozzi as Chairman of the Company. The Board of Directors also confirmed Marco Gosso as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager.
