Member of the GSSEP Onlus (Global Social Sustainable Energy Program) Strategic and Executive Committee, non profit organisation focused on the implementation of projects according to an economic model based on agricultural and infrastructural development in conjunction with the creation of energy from renewable sources; ongoing initiatives concerning Tunisia, China and South Africa (since August 2013).

Construction Projects Senior Consultant with the Ministry of the Interior of Saudi Arabia and leading private corporations operating predominantly overseas in the energy and infrastructure sectors with responsibility for risk analysis, drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, joint ventures, partnerships, financing, licensing, supervision and training in the context of project management (since June 2011).

Head of Contract Management at AgipKco N.V. (company focused on the development of one of the largest existing oil fields situated offshore in the Caspian Sea) in Atyrau, Kazakhstan (since March 2007) and Milan. Activities carried out as Head of Contracts Management have included the drafting, negotiation and management of contractual agreements with general contractors and suppliers worth approximately 2.5 billion dollars, the development of tenders for the award of works, monitoring activities, dispute and litigation management in cooperation with the company’s Legal Division, analysis of standard sets of contracts used by the company in comparison with those used as international standards in the construction industry (FIDIC, NEC) and in the oil industry (Logic Crine, AIPN) (from July 2004 to May 2011).

Financial Advisor for LIVOLSI & Partners in Milan, concerning the implementation and financing of works (including Finance projects) in the infrastructure sector (incinerators, water and waste treatment, logistics platforms) and in the energy sector (lines and power stations, including renewable sources, electricity trading) (from May 2002 to June 2004).

Private Sector Business Development Specialist for the World Bank in Washington DC and representative of the ABB Group (Asea Brown Boveri) as part of the Staff Exchange Program between the World Bank and leading international companies; within this context, carried out economic and financial assessment activities, procurement functions, monitoring and analysis activities on the performance of projects within the energy and infrastructure sectors in Russia, the West Bank and Gaza, Yemen, Egypt (from October 1996 to April 2002).

From January 1993 to September 1996, carried out various activities for theDepartment of Business Development and Project Finance of the ABB Sae Sadelmi SpA company in Milan.

Assistant/Contract Professor of "Economics and Business Administration" for the Faculty of Engineering, University of Trieste and successively, Guest Lecturer for various Master courses abroad. Published numerous articles and edited the volume titled '”Project Financing - Contractual, Economic and Fiscal Aspects” (with preface written by Marco Vitale) published by Franco Angeli (from 1992 to 1996).
