Rome, 10th January 2018

Today, the Board of Directors of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, under the chairmanship of Gioia Ghezzi, confirmed Renato Mazzoncini as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Group for 2018 - 2020.

The new BoDs of FS Italiane, held for the first time today after the appointment by the Shareholders' Meeting on 29 December 2017, also includes Giovanni Azzone, Simonetta Giordani, Federico Lovadina, Francesca Moraci and Wanda Ternau.

Board members assigned full operating powers to the CEO and entrusted to the Chairman the management of the audit activities as well as, along with the CEO, of the external relations and institutional affairs.
