Valorise your talent with the FS Competition
Sign up now and take part in the most innovative business game of the moment
To select the best young Italians, the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group has decided to focus on technology and innovation. Following last year's success, FS Competition is back, the business game designed to select the best candidates who challenge each other with their creative ideas, first online and then in a two-day event in Rome. This year will see several new features: gamification applied to talent acquisition, real time challenges with real time leader board updates, and sharing experiences...
Three serious games have been designed and developed for this year's edition: in the first, called In-Basket, players will have to show that they can organise their Faculty's end-of-year party; this is followed by the Project Management Business Game, in which the candidate will get a chance to try managing projects in the integrated transport sector; lastly, the Alternative Reality Game requires intuition and familiarity with digital devices in order to pick your way through the hidden clues.
The contest will end in Rome with a two-day event on 11 and 12 October. On the first day, participants will take part in sharing experiences to test their attitudes and skills, get to meet the FS Group management and have an interview with HR; then, on 12 October, candidates will practice planning and developing an integrated mobility project. On the final day, the two best groups will receive an award from FS top management.
This is a real, unmissable opportunity for young people, students and engineering* and economics graduates interested in joining the FS Italiane Group, which has won first place in the Best Employer of Choice ranking of the most sought-after companies by graduates for the third year running (2017 Cesop HR Consulting Company Survey).
Candidates can register for the competition up until 05 September 2017, by visiting www.fscompetition.it. To get updates about the contest, follow our Facebook page and the #MoveYourTalent hashtag on Twitter.
